Why Somatics?
We live in a fast-paced world that prioritizes our rational, thinking mind above all else. Somatic work is brilliant at helping people reconnect to themselves. As we shift the focus from our mind (and stories), and begin to develop
a greater awareness of the feelings and sensations in
our bodies, our awareness, outlook, and even our health
evolve in very positive ways.

While the steps taken are small and incremental, the results can be life-changing. Unlike talk therapy, somatics is a bottom-up approach, centered in the body rather than the mind. As we do the work, we learn to trust ourselves and old patterns start to shift. With time, our intuition and connection to ourselves grows stronger; we develop a greater sense of confidence and ease in our minds, bodies, and lives.

Testimonials
Every session with Tracy gave me new confidence to apply in my life. Things that were only dreams for me—I started to do those, like public speaking. She worked on my inner strength that was always there, but I had forgotten about it because of the environment I grew up in. She helped me work on my fear so I could show my creativity and share my true self with the world. She taught me how to talk to my pain and understand why it's there. Every session with her gave me a new outlook on life, and I truly feel like a new person who now has dreams to achieve. Thank you so much, Tracy, for the wonderful work. I'm truly grateful to be this new version of myself.

"Working with Tracy has been a supportive and transformative experience. She has helped me trust my body’s innate intelligence to break free from old patterns, set healthier boundaries, and make confident decisions from a more grounded and authentic place." --- Alana G.
"Tracy offered great somatic sessions. From the first session, I felt comfortable and relaxed. Tracy guided me though head to toe body scans and taught me ways to meditate. The 5 minute meditations have helped me be present and I'm more focused.
Thank you Tracy for your help!"
